If you are early please wait until your allotted appointment time before coming to the door as I may be with another client, cleaning my treatment room or responding to other clients.
Just a reminder that you should not drink alcohol or take tablets such as aspirin or ibuprofen 24 hours before your appointment, as they thin your blood and affect retention of the pigment and may cause extra scabbing during the healing process.
The remaining balance of is payable on the day of your treatment with either cash or bank transfer prior to the appointment or at the appointment with mobile online banking - unfortunately I don't have a card machine.

If you're currently taking antibiotics or have had antibiotics within the last 7 days we will need to reschedule your appointment as it will affect the retention of the pigment.

I understand some clients may feel the need to bring someone along with them, where possible due to the nature of the treatment, it is preferable that someone else does not attend so I can work without distraction.
If someone must be with you, please contact me in advance to discuss this.
Unfortunately children will not be able to attend as my insurance does not cover anyone under 18.
I use stringent hygiene controls with every client, all surfaces and equipment are disinfected, I wear face masks and disposable gloves to prevent any fluid transmission.
For both our peace of mind and safety I'd ask that during the treatment please wear your mask as we will be in close contact, you don't need to wear it until actually starting the treatment though.
Cancellation policy:
• All deposits are non-refundable, once you have paid your deposit you are committing to having this procedure and the appointment time has been booked out for your treatment.
• If you need to reschedule more than 5 days before your appointment, the deposit can be transferred over to your new appointment.
• If you need to reschedule and are between 2-5 days of the appointment, 50% of your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
• If you reschedule with 48 hours notice or less you will lose 100% of your deposit.
• If you do not show up for your appointment you will lose your deposit and another deposit will be required to make a new booking.
Top-up appointment policy:
For your top-up that is included in the price of your initial brow appointment I have a similar policy;
• If you need to reschedule more than 5 days before your top up appointment, there is no charge.
• If you need to reschedule your appointment between 3-5 days before, there will be a £25 charge to make a new appointment.
• If you reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment there will be a £50 charge to book a new appointment.
• If you do not show up for your appointment, a full top-up cost of £160 will be required to book another appointment.
Your top-up included in the initial price is applicable within 3 months of your first treatment, after 3 months an appointment is £160.
